How to Use Dead Sea Mud for Alleviating Muscle Pain or Joint Pain



Besides beauty and skin care, Dead Sea mud has a variety of health benefits too. You can alleviate muscle pain or joint pain by using this mud.

Take Dead Sea mud (as much as you need) and mix few drops of essential oils with it. You can use lavender, rosemary, and peppermint essential oil.

Heat the mud to make it a little bit warmer. Because it should be slightly warmer than your body temperature.

Now apply this mud to the muscle or joint where you feel pain. Massage mud into circular motion and create coat over the area. This mud layer should be slightly thicker than a face mask. Now, wait a bit too dry the mud. After drying, wash it off perfectly. Use a towel or tissue to dry the area, and moisturize it with a moisturizer.


It is also effective in reducing osteoarthritis pain. Apply the mud on the osteoarthritis-affected areas, like the elbow, knee, back, finger joint, etc.
